New Position as Client Partner at FranklinCovey North

Job Summary
The primary role of the Client Partner is to present Franklin Covey solutions to key decision makers within targeted accounts and grow sales revenue within an assigned territory.  

This is a largely independent field sales role for a Client Partner with a high degree of business maturity.  

Through training, you will acquire expertise on Franklin Covey offerings including tools, work sessions and training components for our solutions. Ideally you are already familiar with the key concepts “7 Habits of Highly Effective People”, by Stephen Covey.

Essential Job Functions
As a client partner at FranklinCovey, you are in a sales role with focus to: 

  • Key initiator of new business development targeting medium to large sized organizations. 
  • Diagnose and assesses client needs. Prescribe, design, and implement strategic solutions with Franklin Covey content and processes 
  • Identify custom solutions and tailor standard programs to meet individual client needs. 
    Designs account strategy and business development to develop new and existing accounts. 

We are looking for an achiever with heart, strong on energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity. To thrive in this role, we think you have: 

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in a professional services environment selling to medium and large organizations. 
  • A stable work history and successful track record of personal sales performance in a large corporate environment is essential.  
  • A consultative sales background with demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation and driving opportunities to long term relationships. Most of our clients stay with us for many years. 
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills in Swedish and English.
